Proudly part of a multigenerational Clarence Valley family, Andrew Ford is as local as they come. Born and raised in the Lower Clarence, Andrew went to school here before heading away for a few years to complete university, work as a marine biologist, and knock his head around on the football field.
In 2003, he returned home to raise his own family and began a 22-year career as a science teacher, marine biologist, and eventually Head Teacher of Science. After more than a decade of hearing his wife talk real estate non-stop, Andrew decided it was time to join the fun and give it a go himself!
Real estate runs in his blood—Andrew’s father is a retired local builder who constructed countless homes across Iluka, Maclean, Yamba, and the surrounding villages. Growing up around building sites and local projects gave Andrew a deep appreciation for property, craftsmanship, and the communities that make the Clarence Valley special.
Friendly, down-to-earth, and full of local insight, Andrew combines genuine people skills with lifelong local knowledge. Whether you’re buying or selling, you’ll find working with him feels less like a transaction—and more like catching up with an old friend who knows the area inside out.
