Alex Hutton brings practical building knowledge, sales experience, and a genuine connection to the Northern Rivers to the First National Yamba & Iluka team.

Originally from Ballina, Alex grew up playing soccer and cricket for Ballina and Lennox Head. Before entering real estate, he worked as a qualified carpenter for nine years, building custom homes and completing renovations. This hands-on experience gave him a strong understanding of property and the level of care and quality clients expect when investing in their homes.

Alex later spent two years with Toyota in vehicle sales, where he developed strong skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service while guiding clients through the purchasing process.

Now living in Iluka with his partner and their two young daughters, Alex has a genuine appreciation for the local lifestyle and community.

As Business Development Manager, Alex focuses on growing the agency’s property management, holiday letting, and sales portfolios, building strong relationships with property owners and helping them maximise the value and performance of their investments.
