Alex Hutton brings practical building knowledge, sales experience, and a genuine connection to the Northern Rivers to the First National Yamba & Iluka team.
Originally from Ballina, Alex grew up playing soccer and cricket throughout the local region before beginning his career as a qualified carpenter. Over nine years, he worked on custom homes and renovations, developing a strong understanding of property, construction quality, and the level of care clients expect when investing in their homes.

Alex later moved into vehicle sales with Toyota, where he refined his skills in communication, negotiation, and customer service while guiding clients through major purchasing decisions.

Now living in Iluka with his partner and their two young daughters, Alex has a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle, community, and family-focused atmosphere the area offers. His strong local knowledge, approachable nature, and practical background allow him to connect naturally with both buyers and sellers across the region.

As the lead sales representative for the Iluka office, Alex is focused on delivering a professional, straightforward approach to real estate, helping clients confidently navigate the sales process while achieving strong outcomes for their property.
